     We’re a concierge service that helps homeowners, families, and businesses navigate complex transitions such as insurance claims, home renovations, estate coordination, and business continuity planning. 


     Our primary focus is the DMV region (DC, Maryland, Virginia). For clients outside the area, we provide remote support, and for larger projects we can travel or fly in for an additional fee based on your service plan.


     Most clients are onboarded within 48 hours of their initial consultation.


    Simply schedule a free consultation. We’ll review your situation, outline your options, and build a plan that works best for you.


    Your initial consultation is free. Some specialized sessions (like strategy or premium assessments) may carry a fee, which is credited toward your service plan if you sign on.


    Unlike a single-role provider, we bridge multiple gaps—insurance, renovation, estate, and vendor coordination—into one seamless solution.


    No. AnchorPoint does not replace your licensed professionals—we enhance them. We act as your personal coordinator, advocate, and project manager, ensuring every detail is managed and nothing slips through the cracks.


     Absolutely. We don’t replace trusted vendors—you choose who stays. We simply coordinate and oversee them to ensure quality and accountability. Or,  

    we can step in mid-project to organize documents, manage communication, and realign contractors with your goals.


    Final pricing is customized to your situation after a consultation.


    Insurance/renovation services are percentage-based. Concierge memberships are monthly per property. Estate transitions are custom per project. Vendor payments are always billed separately.


    Yes. We offer reduced rates for 12, 24, and 36-month commitments.


    For clients under contract, early cancellations are subject to a fee equal to one month of service.


    Yes. We support homeowners, businesses, and professionals (attorneys, real estate agents, insurance partners, and HR leaders). Each service is tailored to the unique needs of that client type.


    Yes. For homeowners with several properties or businesses managing multiple facilities, we streamline scheduling, budgets, and vendor oversight across all locations.
